High Intensity Interval training classes are programmed to help Pit Fitness clients rapidly burn fat and increase lean muscle and stamina. Classes encourage group interaction, resulting in a motivating and fun atmosphere. No two circuit classes will ever be the same, allowing your body to maximize results and never plateau. Every class incorporates different exercise techniques and equipment, which include but are not limited to free weights, trx suspension training, battle ropes, bosu balls, heavy bags, versa climbers, rowers, and treadmills. We welcome clients of all ages and fitness levels, as everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. Our talented and highly educated instructors can modify any exercise and provide personalized attention to every individual, ensuring each client achieves their personal fitness goals. Vinyasa practice is cardiovascular and graceful, allowing the body to experience heightened physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness. With so much stress from everyday life and stress from working out, our mobility classes allow you to disconnect, engage and elongate the muscles, and focus on balance in the body and spirit. All levels are welcome.

Our youth development philosophy is to provide these children with the tools to build a strong work ethic, develop character, and instill a healthy lifestyle. As they grow into their athletic foundation we will establish core strength and flexibility, develop proper motor skills, movement patterns, and institute a foundation in speed and strength conditioning.
